OBJECTIVE:

To share my knowledge and experience in the real estate field with those who just started a new career in our profession and help experienced real estate professionals improve their selling skills and the quality of their customer service. My goal is to associate the highest qualified Real Estate Professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Since September 1983,  I have been a full time real estate agent in the States of California and Colorado with over 700 closed transactions. My experience goes from real estate sales to processing mortgage loans, first as a loan officer for Beach and Inland Mortgage in Carlsbad and most recently for San Diego Financial in Carlsbad. I opened my own company, PRF Residential in November of 2001 where I am acting as the broker manager.

EDUCATION

1983 to present. Numerous hours of real estate sales training   

and continuing education programs.

1986 Graduate Realtors Institute, GRI designation.

1971-1973 Sales and Marketing Specialist. Centro Interamericano de Mercadotecnia in Bogota, Colombia. High School Graduate in 1969.

EMPLOYMENT

2001-present. Broker. PRF Residential, Oceanside California. Training and promotion of real estate agents and loan officers.

1999-2001 Real Estate agent and Loan Officer. San Diego Financial/Realty Executives, Carlsbad. Performing all the duties and responsibilities of a real estate agent and loan officer, meeting with clients, estimating closing costs, quoting interest rates, processing loan applications, ordering credit reports, appraisals and gathering all the information and verifications until the loan is approved and funded, etc. 100% Club member.

1997-1999 Century 21 Beach and Inland and Beach and Inland Mortgage, Carlsbad. Real estate sales and the duties and responsibilities of a loan officer, meeting with clients, estimating closing costs, quoting interest rates, processing loan applications, etc. I produced the highest number of transactions per agent while associated with the company.
